Summary: BabySleep does not collect, store, or share any personal data. All your preferences (baby's age range, bedtime, sound presets) are stored entirely on your device. We have no servers that receive your data. The only third-party service used is RevenueCat for subscription management.
This Privacy Policy describes how Banshee Technologies S.L. ("we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Spain, handles information in connection with the BabySleep — White Noise & Sleep mobile application ("the App"), available on the Apple App Store.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. The App has been designed with a privacy-first approach: all data is stored locally on your device. We do not operate any backend servers and do not collect personal data.

RevenueCat (Subscription Management)
We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and in-app purchases. RevenueCat processes transactions through Apple's StoreKit framework and may receive an anonymous device identifier to manage subscription status and prevent fraud. No personal data is shared with RevenueCat beyond what Apple provides through StoreKit.

No other third-party services, analytics platforms, advertising networks, or tracking tools are integrated into the App.
We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share any user data with third parties, because we do not collect any user data.
Since we do not collect personal data, there is no personal data to retain on our servers. All data stored on your device (preferences, presets, settings) remains there until you reset the App or remove it. You are in full control of your data at all times.

Because we do not operate any servers or collect any data remotely, there is no risk of data breaches on our end. All preference data stored locally on your device is protected by the security mechanisms built into iOS, including device passcode, Face ID, and Touch ID.
BabySleep is designed to be used by parents and caregivers of young children. The App is not intended to be operated directly by children. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has used the App inappropriately, please contact us.
